Freda Jane's Inc., it's owners, employees or any agent thereof will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss due to the use of products sold. All ingredients used in products are listed. People with sensitivities or allergies to any listed ingredient should not use those products. Should a rash or allergy develop from any of the products, discontinue use immediately. Please be aware, some products may contain nut butters and/or oils or be made with equipment that may come in contact with nuts. Those with nut or coconut sensitivities should avoid our products.

Shipping
All shipping is done through Canada Post.
At this time, we do not ship products to the United States or overseas.
We ship in Canada only.
Shipping times
Most of our items will ship within 3-4 business days if the item is in stock. If it is out of stock, you will be informed and given a choice of a refund or a similar item.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on where you live, most orders will arrive in 7-14 days from processing.
Recycling and Reuse
We recycle and/or reuse packaging, which includes envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and foam packing. We are trying to do our part in keeping the environment clean. It keeps cost down for us, and thus for you too.
Out of stock
We do not create back-orders for out of stock items. While we strive to keep all of our items in stock at all times, we do occasionally run out of items. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
